As it’s a mjour part of what I do for a living, I figured I should put some of it on my blog. So here’s the new category and it’s subcategories for XplorNet High-Speed Internet over Satellite.
Tachyon Install
We are installing our first (and Canada’s first) 2.4-metre Tachyon dish today. I’m on site right now working off the DirecWay connection, which will still be running here for at least a month. I’m just seting up things inside while the rest of our techs re-build the mount and dish.
Once we’re done, I’m going to test the VoIP and Internet over the Tachyon, and I’ll post some results here.
